Exciting Opportunity: Junior Sous Chef Wanted!**

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join a vibrant kitchen team at a fantastic culinary destination. This role offers the chance to work with fresh, local ingredients and create dishes that inspire.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in a lively kitchen environment.
Taking charge of one of four kitchen sections and contributing new ideas to our ever-changing menus.
Ensuring health and safety standards are met, while managing ordering and rotas.

Who We’re Looking For:

A confident chef with a love for modern British cuisine and sustainability.
Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
Someone who enjoys mentoring and sharing knowledge with junior chefs.

What We Offer:

Competitive OTE of £15.30 per hour (including tronc).
45 hours per week.
