The Burford Recruitment Company is excited to present an exceptional career opportunity on behalf of our esteemed client, known as a leading player in the property market. Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their Residential Agency team.
As a Senior Sales Negotiator with a minimum of four years experience, you’ll play a pivotal role in the team. This role involves close interaction with clients and buyers while handling a diverse portfolio of properties. You will be essential in driving new business, securing deals, and steering the office towards success in what may be a challenging market. The role not only fosters your professional growth but also supports cross-selling within the wider business of our client, which includes Residential Sales and lettings, Land Sales and acquisitions, Farm and estate Consultancy, Professional Valuations, and Equestrian property.
Key Responsibilities:

Win and secure new business while considering commercial fees.

Manage the client database and establish relationships with new and existing clients.

Identify new opportunities and generate market appraisals.

Carry out property viewings and matching buyers with properties from other offices.

Facilitate the offer generation and sales progression processes.

Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

Utilise social media to promote the agency.
Skills & Attributes

Possess a minimum of four years’ experience in the property industry.

Demonstrate fee-earning capabilities exceeding £200,000 annually.

Have a strong knowledge of the local area, preferably with local connections.

Be confident, ambitious, and resourceful, and have clear communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
