Have the ability to think critically, and make good decisions at a moment's notice. Have strong communication skills and the willingness to use them. Be able to work long hours without giving up on a goal or task. Be able to meet set goals for monthly sales and production. Be able to create a friendly environment that leaves customers feeling satisfied. Have a general knowledge of the products sold
