£11.75 per hour

Monday-Friday / 8:30am-1:30pm

Prince is working in partnership with our client to recruit a Part-Time Administrator to join them on a temporary basis. The Part-Time Administrator is required to start immediately and will be for a minimum of 2 weeks but likely will be required for longer. The overall purpose of the role will be to provide varied administrative support to the organisation and provide a client facing reception service.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

Provide administrative support
Maintain files and attendance records
General reception duties such as answering the phone and greeting visitors
Maintain and reconcile petty cash
Liaise with external agencies
Purchasing of goods and services as required
Attend and minute meetings
Support with facilities and health and safety administration
Assist with administration tasks for HR

Skills and Experience:

Previous office-based experience, ideally in a similar or transferable role.
Good administration experience
Comfortable working in a customer facing environment
An open minded, clam and personable character
You must be a strong communicator and able to understand instructions
IT literate including MS Office
Own transport will be required due to company location
You should be available to start immediately
