Ocean Sports Tuition specialises in RYA Powerboat and Motor Cruising training, and has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Powerboat and PWC Instructor to join our friendly team.
This position will be well suited for an individual who is looking to develop a full-time career in the water sports industry.
The working week will be 5 days per week to include weekends.
Key responsibilities will include the delivery of:
- Teaching RYA Powerboat training.
- Teaching PWC courses.
- Assistance in leading a small team of freelance instructors.
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven history in face-to-face customer service.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Minimum qualifications required:
- RYA Powerboat level 2 instructor.
- RYA PWC proficiency.
- Driving licence.
Available training development will include:
- RYA Day Skipper Theory.
- RYA Intermediate Powerboat.
- RYA Advanced Powerboat.
- RYA MCA Advanced Powerboat prep and exam.
- RYA Advanced Powerboat instructor.
- RYA TIC.
- RYA Specialist shore-based instructor.
Salary – £22,500 – £26,500 depending on experience.
