£30-34 K + 15% night allowance + up to 12% management bonus 3 on 3 off - (Apply online only) - 38.5 hours per week

Purpose Take charge of inspiring and leading a dynamic team to deliver cost-effective replenishment and seamless administration. Through exceptional coaching, strong leadership, and role modelling of high standards, you'll ensure operational excellence in UK's most bustling airport retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Empower and develop your team by providing tailored coaching and creating opportunities for growth.
Lead by example to inspire world-class service and operational standards every day.
Collaborate as part of the management team to ensure the smooth running of operational functions.
Recruit exceptional talent while promoting the business as an employer of choice. Scope
Work with a blend of customer-facing and operational support leaders.
Operate airside within a small to large terminal, overseeing a team of up to 20 members.
Lead shifts during trading hours (04:00-22:00), with some locations requiring oversight of night replenishment teams.
Manage stock replenishment, turnover, and administrative activities to support budgeted sales and cost targets.
