We are looking for an experienced Office Manager with HR experience to join our team and ensure the smooth running of both office operations and HR. This is a key role that will involve managing employee relations, recruitment, compliance, as well as overseeing office administration, facilities, IT and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources: Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through team-building initiatives and wellness programs.
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage administrative staff, coordinate facilities, and handle vendor contracts.
IT & Systems: Help maintain internal systems including phones and software packages

About You:

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Office Management, or a related field (desirable)
You bring 3-5 years of experience in HR and/or office management roles.
You’re a multitasker who thrives in a busy environment and can juggle various responsibilities with ease.
You have a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law compliance.
You possess excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
