Job Opportunity
The role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in engaging with existing Draper customers and stockists, focusing on relationship building, identifying sales opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Job responsibilities
Working as an Internal Sales Executive your role will include:
Providing accurate quotes to customers
Managing general inquiries over the phone
Processing phone orders efficiently
Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Following up on quotes to close sales
Recommending suitable products to customers
Actively managing relationships with existing and potential clients
Meeting daily sales targets and objectives
Conducting market research to stay informed on industry trends
Supporting business development and drive sales growth
Collaborating with External Account Managers within your assigned territory
Essential Skills
Skills required
Knowledge of the UK tool wholesale industry is desirable but not essential
Confidence in handling a busy phone line with excellent communication skills
Experience in a similar sales role
Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
A proactive, can-do attitude and self-motivated approach to work
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
