A leading multi-disciplinary set of barristers' chambers based in Bristol and London is seeking an enthusiastic Events Executive for a part-time role. This position requires a blend of creativity and practicality to design, plan, and execute events that enhance the profile of the chambers and facilitate professional networking.

What You'll Be Doing? Designing, planning, and coordinating a range of marketing events, including seminars, webinars, conferences, and social gatherings. Collaborating with barristers, practice managers, external vendors, and clients to ensure seamless event execution. Managing event logistics, such as venue bookings, supplies procurement, guest lists, ticketing, and technical rehearsals. Supporting the Marketing Executive in the delivery of marketing activities and maintaining relationships with venue providers and suppliers. Overseeing the production of branded merchandise and other marketing materials. What Experience You'll Need to Apply? Background in event coordination, ideally within a professional services environment. Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and manage several concurrent tasks. Keen eye for detail and strong project management abilities. Experience in planning and executing a variety of event formats, including in-person and virtual events. What You'll Get in Return for Your Experience?
