Job Title: Part-Time Office Assistant

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: £14.50

Working Pattern: Part-Time, 3 days a week

Hours: 9am - 5pm

DUTIES AND SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate closely with our Finance and Accounts Officer to ensure accurate bookkeeping and invoicing Manage monthly invoicing, direct debits Maintain accurate processing of supplier invoices Support the Lettings Lead with admin tasks and the smooth processing of receivables Keep schedules up to date and accurate Assist with maintaining the database and filing client folders correctly Provide reception lunch cover, manage meeting room bookings, and greet clients visiting the office
