We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager for a prestigious store in Edinburgh! Are you passionate about high-end fashion and retail? Do you excel in a fast-paced retail environment? If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you to join our client's dynamic team.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Manager in achieving sales targets, creating a positive working environment, and delivering excellent customer service. With your proven experience in high-end fashion or retail brands, you will provide expert advice to customers, utilising your knowledge and passion in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations of our beautiful flagship store. Support the Manager in achieving sales targets and ensuring outstanding customer service. Manage store operations, including inventory management and administrative tasks. Oversee staff rotas and ensure the team is well-structured. Create a positive and supportive working environment for our team.

Skills:

Proven experience in high-end fashion or retail brands. Previous management or supervisory experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Fluency in a second language is preferred.
