Chef to join a busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of £30,000 - £32,000. Working hours are Monday - Sunday 8:30am - 5pm with a permanent day of in the week and working one weekend on, one weekend off.
Duties:
Studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes
Delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner
Inform front of house about daily specials
Achieve high standards of plate presentation
Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients

Experience required:
Proven work experience as a chef or cook
Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
Up to date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
Familiarity with Sanitary regulations
Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
