This is a Chef de Partie role in a location in central London working Monday to Friday.

Working in a team with three other chefs delivering an all day food offer for a busy workplace café and hospitality service.

You will be preparing and serving a variety of dishes using high quality fresh food, both for our staff café and our hospitality floor. Including but not limited to salads, sandwiches for hospitality, cooked to order dishes, and assisting with fine dining and canapé events.

This is a busy environment, you will need to be adaptable and think on your feet.

There is plenty of development opportunity for the right candidate, with training and supervising of junior team members and stepping up to cover for the head chef.

As part of the team you will also be asked to work with suppliers, place orders and check deliveries.
