Summary:

35 hour working week. 2 days in the office per week. Small Housing Associations. £250-£300/day Prepare monthly management accounts and journals, adjustments, accruals, ledger accounts, year end service charge journals.Service Charges - liaise with outsourced providers, maintain accurate Service Charge accounts and set and monitor Service Charge annual budgets, under the direction of the Finance Director.

Treasury - Review treasury investment options, monthly cash positions, reconcile accounts, maintain bank mandates and relationships.
