Position: Temporary Chef de Partie Location: Royal Berkshire Hospital Salary: £15 per hour Start Date: January 2025

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality meals for patients, staff, and visitors. Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Assist in menu planning and development. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
