Menu Planning with the Head Chef Run kitchen in Head Chef Absence Financial understanding of running a successful kitchen Experience in planning menus and cooking dishes using fresh, seasonal produce. Be organised and able to work under pressure. Team player essential with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. Requirements Food Safety Level 2 and Food Allergen Certificate. Good personnel hygiene. Good communication skills, written and verbal. Proof of right to work in the UK.
