As a Management Accountant, your responsibilities will include…

Monitoring, analysing and reporting on working capital.
Review identify and report on company internal controls.
Prepare and process month end files, balance sheet and other reconciliations.
Create and circulate weekly and monthly financial reports e.g. cashflow forecast.
Review the monthly spends, identify drivers behind spend and recommending actions for improvement/interacting with operational managers.
Review/recommend improvements in the reporting and budgeting processes

We are looking for a Management Accountant with the following skills and experience…

AAT complete and/or full/part qualified CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW
Proven experience within finance, ideally in management accounting
Competent on using Microsoft software’s particular Excel and knowledge of financial systems
Creative thinker, able to use initiative and be able to work things out before escalation.
An interest in understanding the inner workings of the business so they can make industry led, financially strategic decisions.
Good communication skills - verbal, written, presentational, and tutorial

In return, the successful Management Accountant will receive a salary of up to £55,000, plus the following benefits…
