Retail Assistant- Cover for 2/3 weeks needed

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our client's team .

As a Retail Assistant, you will provide support to the shop management team in the day-to-day operations of the shop. This includes driving and exceeding sales targets, supervising volunteers, and delivering exceptional customer service to represent our client on the high street.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is desirable Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and additional hours when required Manual handling and computer skills required Ability to handle difficult or challenging customers Willingness to work in cramped conditions occasionallyPlease note that this is a temporary position with a varied working pattern that includes regular weekend shifts.
