• Staff member in NHS assessing client needs on arrival and instrumental in drawing plans for future.
• Accurately creating and keeping medical electronic records to ensure smooth flow of communication across our department, wider multi-disciplinary team, and other agencies.
• Reporting untoward incidents that happen during the shift on our Datix system for the attention, perusal, and processing by senior management.
