About
During my full time degree I had to work due to my family commitments. Most of the time I worked for small companies 1 or 2 days a week which didn't provide training as I had to hit the ground running, as well as being multi-faceted, one day I may be an estimator then a CAD engineer an at one stage a project manager. This lead to a lot of knowledge and information without the experience and career stability that is required to take my career to the next level. Previously when applying for graduate schemes I was told I had to much experience and that I wouldn't be able to get a placement. The main reason I require a graduate scheme is so I have a framework to work to and plug the gaps by gaining the necessary guidance to complete a project from inception to completion on a variety of sectors to gain career stability.
