Part-Time Legal Administrator

Location: Guildford (Free Parking) Rate: £15 per hour Hours: 22.5 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a well-established family law firm in Guildford.

We are seeking a passionate individual with a strong background working within the legal sector to join and provide administrative support across the teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Completing HM Revenue & Customs Inheritance Tax forms. Drafting Oaths and other documents for Probate applications. Making applications for Grants of Probate. Drafting letter to clients. Dealing with Land Registry services, OCE, Leases, Priority searches, Bankruptcy searches. LMS administration and renewal. Managing time Recording. Responding to the enquiries via emails/ calls Assisting fee earners with probate queriesSkills & Experience:

Audio Typing Proven administration experience in probate or property law. Familiarity with legal systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and workload effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Friendly, professional attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
