This Sous Chef role involves the opportunity to work within, and help lead a range of interesting menus, up to 3AA Rosette level in the Broadway area. Head Chef requirements:

As Sous Chef, you will have the ability to communicate and cooperate effectively
You must have your own transport due to the rural location
Previous fine dining experience is desirable
