We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head Bartender to join our team and play a key role in delivering the exceptional guest experience we are known for.
Key Responsibilities for the Head Bartender:

Master our cocktail menu and craft beverages with precision and flair.

Experiment with ingredients to create innovative, standout drinks.

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring memorable guest experiences.

Be attentive, approachable, and responsive to guest needs.

Share your passion for mixology and engage with guests enthusiastically.

Collaborate with chefs to align drinks with the menu and recommend pairings.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.

Uphold health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
What We Offer:

£35,000 basic per year + generous service charge

Guaranteed same two days off each week (closed Sundays & Mondays)

Summer closure: Two weeks off every August

January closure: First week of January off

Daily staff meals are provided while on shift

Requirements for the Head Bartender:

Previous experience as a Head Bartender in an upscale restaurant or hotel (this is not an entry-level position)

Strong knowledge of food hygiene and personal hygiene standards

Good understanding of food, wine, spirits, cocktails, coffee, and tea

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Must prove the Right to Work in the UK (full-time)
