In this role, you’ll take the lead on generalist HR duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations while contributing to the company’s long-term success. Your Key Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Coordinating recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.

Assisting managers with employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.

Providing advice and support to employees on HR-related queries and policies.
