Part-time Receptionist – 22.5hrs a week

£26,000 - £32,000 (pro-rata & experience dependent) + benefits + collaborative & professional working environment.

A global pharmaceuticals organisation, employing more than 50,000 individuals worldwide, is looking for a Part-time Receptionist to join their team in their Hertfordshire HQ.

Part-time Receptionist responsibilities include:

Welcome visitors to the offices, determine their needs and direct them appropriately
Respond to phone calls to busy switchboard & direct accordingly
Manage mail / couriers
Perform administrative duties as required
Ensure cleanliness of reception area / meeting rooms
Update calendars and schedule meetings / meeting rooms
Assist in maintaining security

Part-time Receptionist profile:

Min A ‘levels or similar academic achievements
An individual who is happy to work 3 full days a week, Tues-Thurs (approx 22.5hrs per week) with some flexibility Mon & Fridays as required
Experience as a Receptionist in busy commercial offices
Good administrative capabilities
Demonstrate good level of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel etc)
Confident written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service; Multitasking and prioritizing; attention to detail
Dependable, flexible, problem-solving & solutions focused.
