Retail administrator

Job Title: Retail Administrator

Location: The Strand

Remuneration: £14 per hour

Contract Details: Temporary, 4 months,

Days and Hours: Part-time, Monday- Friday (4 hours a day)

Responsibilities:

Manage office support tasks such as raising purchase orders, generating reports, and ensuring accurate stock control. Utilise your expertise in Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets, employing v-lookups and pivot-tables to organise data efficiently. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless coordination of retail operations. Provide exceptional support to the purchasing department by accurately processing orders and maintaining close communication with suppliers. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, constantly seeking ways to enhance efficiency and optimise business operations. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while performing administrative tasks. Familiarity with SAP is an advantage; able to quickly adapt and utilise the system effectively. Work closely with the finance department to reconcile invoices, resolve any discrepancies, and ensure timely payments. Assist in preparing sales reports and providing analysis to the management team, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
