The role is an exciting opportunity to support local primary schools across Worksop with cover needs which can be both daily and long-term with working hours between 8.00am to 4.00pm.

Key Responsibilities of a School Administrator (Part-Time):

Administrative Excellence: Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the school. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, staff, and students, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, attendance, and other administrative documents. Event Coordination: Coordinate and support school events, meetings, and activities, promoting a sense of community within the school. Resource Management: Manage school resources efficiently, including budget oversight, supplies, and facilities. Compliance: Ensure adherence to educational regulations and policies, staying informed about changes and updates in the education sector. Travel: Commuting across Worksop so local schools in the area Qualifications needed to work as School Administrator (Part-Time):

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in school administration or a similar role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with educational regulations and compliance. Experience using systems such as Scholarpack or SIMS is also beneficial. Why Join Us?
