Executive Assistant – Part -Time

Central Manchester

£15 - £16.50 per hour

My client is a well-regarded business and currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide an efficient administrative service to the Finance Director. This is a busy role you will need to be highly motivated with strong organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. A high level of confidentiality is required in all aspects of work. The successful candidate will have experience in supporting at a senior level preferably within finance.

Key responsibilities required for the Executive Assistant;

Review documents, reports, and correspondence (format, content, grammar, and spelling and make edits as necessary)
Review, evaluate, and distribute priority incoming and outgoing correspondence for the Director of Finance.
Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Researching and organising data to support the senior management
To support and attend meetings, recording key actions and following up on behalf of the Director of Finance.
Provide support role in audits (internal and external) including preparation of documents for internal and audits).
Liaise with internal and external auditors on audit related issues.
Gather information and prepare drafts of various documents including standard reports on behalf of the Director of Finance to the Board.
Undertake any other appropriate duties as required to support the Director of Finance.

Key skills required for the Executive Assistant include;

Clear and concise communication skills
Be proactive and be able to work using your own initiative
Ability to prioritise busy workload
Ability to working in a fast paced environment
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

Executive Assistant | Manchester | Immediate Start | Part-time | £15 - £16.50 per hour
