An exciting opportunity for a part-time Italian-speaking PA/Secretary/Office Administrator to support the Managing Director of a prestigious design company. The role is based on-site in stunning offices in central London, offering flexibility with working 3-4 days per week.

Main Responsibilities:

Answering Telephone Calls: Provide exceptional phone support and take messages. Client Relations: Interact with clients in Italy, ensuring outstanding service. Finance and Administration: Handle expenses, simple finance issues, and liaise with accountants. Correspondence: Type and compose various correspondence. Client Interaction: Greet VIP clients, ensuring meeting rooms are in perfect order. Publicity/Social Media: Engage in publicity and social media duties. Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluency in both Italian and English. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Excel and Mac. Organizational Skills: First-rate prioritization and organization skills. Interpersonal Skills: Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills. Presentation: Smart and professional appearance. Team Player: Ability to work in a team environment and use initiative. Numeracy Skills: Proficient in simple finance duties.
