I have another brand-new brief from a successful media agency.

Retail Search Account Manager

3 Month Contract

Starting ASAP (next week)

£300 - £350 per day

Inside IR35

Experience using retail media platforms including Criteo and Citrus is a MUST

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage retail accounts, ensuring timely optimizations and actively identifying opportunities for both tactical and strategic improvements.

Take ownership of broader client or team deliverables, including providing insightful commentary, detailed reporting, and contributing to innovation initiatives.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers, effectively managing communications and ensuring alignment on goals.

Lead discussions with account managers from Criteo and Citrus, leveraging their expertise to drive account growth and performance.

Prioritize the financial aspects of the role, ensuring accurate and timely completion of monthly reconciliations for all retail media accounts.

Experience:

Hands-on experience with retail media platforms, specifically Criteo and Citrus.

Proven track record in executing and optimizing campaigns across retail media networks.

Strong background in planning and managing large-scale search campaigns, ideally across multiple product lines or portfolios with various brands.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across diverse platforms and audiences.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex tasks simultaneously.

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple campaigns and projects.

Excellent client relationship-building and management skills.
