Long-Term Supply Role: MFL Lead - Perry Barr

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic MFL Lead for a long-term supply position at a secondary school in Perry Barr. This maternity cover role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the language department, with the possibility of up to a year's contract.

Role: MFL Lead (Maternity Cover)
Location: Perry Barr
Pay: £190 - £240 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Length: Up to 1 year (Maternity Cover)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Modern Foreign Languages curriculum across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5.
Provide inspirational leadership to the MFL department.
Support and mentor staff within the department.
Ensure high-quality teaching and learning for all students.
Monitor student progress and implement strategies to improve outcomes.
Ensure a cohesive and engaging learning environment for all learners.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience in teaching Spanish and French.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Proven track record in improving student outcomes.
Ability to inspire and engage students in the subject of MFL.
