1st Line Support Engineer - Barnsley
My client is seeking a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join their Service Desk team, providing technical support to an inhouse team as well as their clients. You will assist with a variety of Internet, Cloud, telephone, CRM systems, and on-site. Experience in similar role for around one year would be ideal.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Helping sort laptops/Toughbook’s for field staff

Sorting IT for new starters and leavers

App support, setting log-ins, helping with queries on timesheets

Sending out equipment, working through tickets and general enquiries.

Office administration, 365 knowledge,

Confident communicator and phone handler.

Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or similar role (ideally 6 months+)

Confident troubleshooting

Excellent time management skills.
Based on site in Barnsley this role is ideal for a customer-focused individual. While the role is a FTC this represents a chance for someone to leave a real imprint and potentially be at the forefront for future projects/assignments
