Part-time Administrator Job Type: Permanent Hours: Part-time (3 days/Week) Salary: £16,000 (£13.67/hr.) Location: Carlisle We are currently recruiting for a part-time administrator on behalf of a well-known, local group of companies at their head office in Carlisle. The role: You will be responsible for data input, admin and reconciliations to ensure the smooth running of this business support unit. General Duties:

Data entry
Inputting and reconciling bank receipts in a timely manner
Providing business support as required by the various trading units
Maintaining files
Completing and maintaining relevant spreadsheet data
Completing regular and ad hoc admin tasks as required
Contributing to ad hoc projects as required Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour • Experience of working within an office environment
Excellent communication skills
A keen eye for detail and a flexible attitude to get the job done
Computer literate
Ability and willingness to support other members of the team
Confident & professional telephone manner
