Join a B2B company that is already certified B-corp and is improving the environmental impact of the beauty industry. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be at the heart of the business helping a growing range of multinational global brands and distribution partners.

Hours 11 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday.

THE ROLE:

Respond to inbound calls, emails and live chat enquiries from customers, providing information about products and services.
Proactively follow up on enquiries, gather feedback and ensure their needs are met.
Assist with order management.
Identify and resolve issues.
Hours 11 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Recent experience in Customer Service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
IT literate.
Attention to detail.
Happy in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and collaborating with teams.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

£17,000 -£18,000.
25 days holiday + birthday off + public holidays (pro-rata).
