Craft high-quality coffee drinks consistently, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Keep the coffee bar clean and organised, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
Operate the till accurately, handling payments and cash securely.
Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure top performance. Desirable skills include:
Previous experience working as a barista or in a customer-facing role. To ensure this role is the right fit for you, ask yourself the following:
