Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Purchase Ledger to support the team of a busy establishment located in King's Lynn.
Location: King's Lynn
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour
Shifts: 10 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Processing invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documents.
Prepare and analyse financial reports as required.
Supporting the team in resolving any issues or discrepancies.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks is ideal.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or similar role.
Proficiency in using accounting software.
Keen eye for detail.
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work as a team.Previous experience within the Construction industry would be advantageous.
