Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Experience in the luxury retail industry or a similar sector

Technologies:

Microsoft Office Suite
