A small prestigious international bank is seeking a “hands on” manager for its back office operations (treasury back office, customer services & retail banking) area.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a team, processing all treasury settlements, SWIFT payments (75%) and retail banking (25%) for the London branch and ensuring provision of customer services support

Authorising SWIFT payments and treasury settlements

Ensuring CDD/EDD is updated

Overseeing cashiers and ensuring service delivery of VISA & Debit Cards etc

Supporting RM’s regarding HNWI and private banking

Reviewing processes/procedures and operational risk
Your experience must include:

Extensive proven & relevant treasury back office and SWIFT payments experience gained in banking is essential

Relevant experience of retail/private banking

Proven staff management skills
-
Excellent communication/presentation skills to liaise at all levels and with clients

Able to work well under pressure, show initiative and good problem-solving skills
Please note this role will be working 5 days a week in the London office
