Head Chef – Luxury Wedding & Event Venue and Inn – London – to £56k
We are seeking a Head Chef for The Tudor Barn in Southeast London, a luxury Wedding & Events venue with an attached food-led Pub and Restaurant. As Head Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a busy multi-outlet fresh food kitchen operation.
Requirements

Previous experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef running high-quality high-volume fresh food kitchens.

Strong people management skills.

A calm, focused, well-organised and driven personality able to demonstrate stable career progression and strong motivation to further develop an already established and successful operation.
Salary
£48,000 - £52,000 per year depending on experience plus a bonus scheme worth £4,000 per year and tips. Also, a range of additional benefits, and the opportunity to develop your career within the larger group of businesses
