We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our team at our stunning restaurant set within 700 acres of beautiful Essex countryside. Our venue is renowned for its British cuisine, using fresh and seasonal ingredients. With a bustling Sunday roast service featuring 100 outside tables and two bars serving premium drinks and cocktails, this is a fantastic opportunity for a professional chef looking to advance their career.
The perfect Chef de Partie will have:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, particularly in British cuisine

Ability to manage a section and work efficiently under pressure

The successful Chef de Partie will receive:

Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000 per year, depending on experience

Live-in accommodation is available for £100 per week, which includes bills

Meals provided while on duty

A structured work schedule with 5 working days and 2 days off each week
