Location: Near Southport Salary: £45,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your designated section. Ensure consistent and smooth running of food production. Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and follow health and safety regulations. Manage and train junior kitchen staff. Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins. Contribute to the kitchen team with your creativity and culinary expertise.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant or similar setting. Excellent cooking skills with a focus on detail and presentation. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Good communication and leadership skills. A passion for food and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards. Relevant culinary qualifications are preferred.What We Offer:
