Chef de Partie required for our client, a hotel located in the Enfield area. Live in is a possibility.
The role of Chef de Partie:
- Full Time Permanent position - working a 45 hour week excluding an unpaid break (on site 47.5* hours) working over 5 days per week, as per rota, to include weekdays, evenings, weekends, as per business needs.
- *Working shifts equates up to 9.5 hrs per day (includes 30 mins. unpaid break), made up of various shifts (early, late and middle shifts)

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie to join the Kitchen Brigade. The ideal candidate will be career-minded and hardworking with a passion for food. Previous experience of working as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie, are welcome, along with a candidate with motivation, aptitude and commitment.
Key responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will:
- have good culinary skills and experience of working as a Chef de Partie in previous role, preferably in a quality restaurant/culinary environment. (They will also consider an experienced Commis Chef or Demi-CDP with appropriate skills.)
- have ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
- be organised and precise, with a keen eye for detail
- have food safety training and relevant culinary qualifications
- ability to deal with deliveries and stock rotation, and maintain high standards of food hygiene
- have good interpersonal and communication skills and be good at working as part of a team.
