Chef De Partie, Enfield

£27,000 - £29,000, possibility of £30,000 DOE

Ability to run kitchen sections services in absence of kitchen management, as and when required.
Prepare, cook, and serve all items on the menu to a high standard.
Preparing food as per seasonal demand
Assist in the prep & cooking of all other food required.
Following the recipes and presentation specifications whilst preparing food and keeping up to date with any change
Mise en place for the following day.

Person Specification

Must have good culinary skills and experience of working as a Chef De Partie in previous role, preferably in a quality restaurant/culinary environment. (would consider an experienced Demi Chef with appropriate skills)
Must be well organised, reliable, punctual, and precise with a keen eye for detail & creative.
Possess food safety training, relevant culinary qualifications, and high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to deal with deliveries and stock carrying/rotation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills and being a good team player is essential.
Must have an under of food costs and manage food costs to budgeted levels.
Efficiently manage relationships with food, drink, and equipment suppliers.
Able to work under pressure and use own initiative.

Working 45 hours over 5 days per week including weekends and bank holidays

Live in is available if needed.
