Desirable technical skills:

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Some experience in in SQL, HTML or CSS.Key Responsibilities:

Managing configuration changes to our software applications, with a focus on our Financial Services systems. Collaborating effectively with various business units to develop requirements documentation and obtain approvals from business owners. Planning and delivering configuration changes within agreed-upon deadlines. Performing tasks such as template creation, new/edited data fields, Pages Customization, Rules Engine Management, Workflows, and Callflows. Conducting thorough analysis, impact assessments, design, development, and rigorous testing of configuration changes./ Ensuring that all configuration changes adhere to company standards and the agreed delivery framework. Proactively recommending configuration improvements to enhance system efficiency.
