Systems Accountant

Newcastle

Permanent

£40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Sellick Partnership is currently assisting in the recruitment of a Systems Accountant for a business in Newcastle on a permanent basis. The company is looking for a Systems Accountant or Management Accountant with a passion for improving systems.

Responsibilities of the Systems Accountant include:

Overseeing the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the finance system and other software Project managing finance systems changes and upgrades Maintaining and developing financial and management reporting systems and procedures to give efficient financial control subject to relevant regulations Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the finance system Ensuring amendments to system and procedures approved and documented; Identifying areas for financial process improvement and automation

The ideal candidate will have:

Fully qualified or part qualified accountant Excellent Excel skills Excellent communication skills
