Our client based in the Sutton Coldfield area are currently recruiting for a Telesales Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Duties of the Telesales Administrator role include:

Achieve sales targets.
Make outbound calls to leads.
Manage existing clients and upsell where possible.
Keep in touch with prospective clients and handle any queries.
Build a rapport with clients.
Close sales and ensure clients feel supported.
Update the inhouse database. The ideal candidate will:
Have a positive, enthusiastic, and friendly approach.
Be personable and professional.
Have previous sales experience.
Be able to work to and achieve targets. This role is not a hard selling/cold calling role, it involves warm calling to customers who have already expressed an interest in the product. Basic salary is £22,000 - £23,500 – commission achievable Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, with an early finish on a Friday.
