SaaS Sales Team Leader - £75k & commission equity pension bens etc.
Exciting opportunity with a fast growth SaaS vendor for a senior sales professional to move into a leadership role. We are working with an established leader in the Green Tech / ESG space, a growing company with solid processes and data foundations along with excellent consulting capability in place to lead and support their clients with current and upcoming regulatory challenges. The company is established but has largely grown organically through referral and reputation because of its excellent product. They have excellent traction in the BFSI, financial, professional services and leisure markets They are now at the stage where growth is a priority to consolidate and build on their market position and they are looking to hire a motivated, intelligent sales professional to Develop the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, create a sales process, drive new business and build a team. Of graduate calibre, the person will have drive and intelligence and be comfortable with new business campaigns. Initially a sole contributor role the intention is for this to grow into the sales leadership role.
