We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to join our experienced Sales Team who are paramount to building excellent customer relations as they are the first point of contact. Our customers return thanks to our well informed, friendly, and helpful sales team who deal with queries about products, orders and deliveries. Our staff are goal orientated and have a deep knowledge of customer services best practices. It’s an exciting time to join this busy, faced paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers by phone and email.
- Process orders via email or phone
- Check accuracy & update data in orders and customer accounts
- Contact customers to obtain missing information, take payments or answer queries
- Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries or chase late deliveries
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Use our bespoke software system, IQ at Intact
- Stay up to date with new products and features
- Maintain & build effective and long-lasting customer relations
- Offer excellent personal and professional customer service
- Dealing with queries with an effective resolution
