Internal Sales Executive – Plumbing & Heating Job Title: Internal Sales Executive – Plumbing & Heating Industry Sector: Plumbing Contractors, Plumbing Installers, Regional Developers, Housebuilders, Under Floor Heating, UFH Components and Plumbing & Heating Products, Press Fittings, Brassware, Pipes, Controls, Heat Interface Units, Internal Sales, Internal Sales Executive, Internal Sales Representative, Customer Service Location: Hertfordshire office Remuneration: £34,000 - £36,000 + commission, OTE circa £40,000 - £42,000 Benefits: Full Benefits Package The role of the Internal Sales Exec Plumbing & Heating will involve:

Internal sales role selling the design, manufacture and supply of underfloor heating systems
Targeting predominantly new build developments, but also a small amount of renovating housing developments
Selling direct to the plumbing contractors/ plumbing installer
Typical project value’s £5,000-£10,000, our clients component part circa £3,000
Inheriting a small amount (approx. 12) plumbing installer accounts day one to gain confidence
Majority of time initially will be new business development
Tasked with achieving 15 meaningful new business calls per day and circa 5-10 existing customer calls
Expected revenue target year one circa £500,000 The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Exec Plumbing & Heating with:
Must have sales experience, however totally open on product
Under floor heating experience would be highly advantageous
Must have experience on the telephone
Ideally understands CAD or architectural drawings
On-site/ contracting awareness is beneficial
Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Consultative and technical sales approach
New business hunter, with a pro-active and self motivated personality
