Events & Banqueting sous chef required for a kitchen within driving distance of Darlington. This is a fantastic kitchen and has a great concept for events, weddings and banqueting. This kitchen is looking for a sous chef to be running the events side of the business. Events & Banqueting sous chef Salary £35k, great standards, good use of ingredients.
The role
We are looking for a Events & Banqueting sous chef to run the events kitchen. You will work through the prep list for the events, ensure the event prep is all ready on time, ensure the various requirements on the function list is met and on the day of events ensure everything is ready for the required time. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a Events & Banqueting sous chef with a background within events, passion for great ingredients. You will be organised and able to plan the events function sheet.
